The company responsible for handling your data is ESBE International – Avenue Molière 329 – 1180 Brussels – Belgium. All data that you forward to us is stored and used for our internal purposes, i.e. the automatic handling of orders and customer management.
We do not sell or assign to third parties any data that could affect your privacy.
Perfectel acknowledges the application of the Belgian law of December 8 1992 concerning the handling of personal data collected in Belgium via the perfectel.be and perfectel.com websites and held in Perfectel files.
In accordance with this law, you are entitled to consult, modify or correct this data via the Perfectel site by clicking on the "Comment" button.

Under no circumstances can Perfectel be held responsible for any direct, indirect or accidental harm resulting from the faulty or abusive use of personal data handled by Perfectel.

Perfectel works with Kiala, a company that delivers close to your home in a number of countries. Once Perfectel has prepared your order, your Perfectel phone is delivered to a shop close to your home or office. So you can pick up your package at the place of your choice when it suits you best. And in case of problems, you can return the package just as easily.
We contact you within 10 days of your order and deliver within 28 days, within the limits of available stock.
Kiala delivers to nearly 300 points in Belgium and Luxembourg including shops, service stations, newsagents and supermarkets that have long opening hours on weekdays and on the weekends.
Find the nearest Kiala drop-off point to your home, work or school of your children by using the Kiala search engine! Simply enter the postal code of your town and the Kiala location finder will give you a choice of drop-off points in that area in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Returning, exchanging, guarantee, repairs
Returning our phone
Perfectel will reimburse your Perfectel phone if you are not entirely satisfied. Simply contact us first by e-mail exclusively on
Please note: the Kiala Points will not accept the phone without our specific instructions. The Perfectel phone must be returned new, complete, with its accessories and in the original packaging. We will then reimburse the amount paid.
In case of a technical fault, please follow the same procedure. The postage and handling costs are €5. Find the nearest Kiala point to your home, work or school of your children by using the Kiala search engine!
Guarantee and repairs
Please follow the instructions in the Support section, and carefully read your user’s manual before contacting us. If you do not find a solution to your problem, please contact us exclusively by e-mail:
Guarantee
You benefit from a guarantee of one year on your Perfectel phone. If returned due to a technical fault, a replacement phone will be sent to you for free within the limits of available stock. During the guarantee period, postage and handling costs are €5. Your receipt acts as a guarantee. Please keep it somewhere safe! Please refer to the guarantee manual. The appliance can only be opened by a Perfectel technician. Faults that arise following repairs by a third party or due to misuse effectively cancel the guarantee.
General conditions
How long are our prices valid?
All prices mentioned on our Internet site include VAT and are valid until December 31, 2005. The prices are guaranteed, unless there are changes in the law or VAT rate. Perfectel cannot be held responsible for composition, illustration or impression errors on this site or other publications.
Acceptation of orders
Under no circumstances is Perfectel responsible for data errors entered by the customer when ordering. Perfectel reserves the right to accept or refuse orders or not to deliver them. Reasons for non-delivery will be forwarded upon written request by the client.
Postage and handling costs
To send your package to the address you chose on the Kiala site and to cover the packaging, handling and administration costs, we ask a total of €5.
Change of address
To avoid any problems, you must immediately inform us of any change of address.
Payments
Pick up at a Kiala sales point: payment is due when you pick up your order at the Kiala sales point that you chose. If you pay by PAYPAL or credit card, your account is debited upon expedition of the package to the transporter.
